Yes she is dressed like a tootsie pop, here is all of them, it really made it easy to find my group in the crowds :) The girls said How many licks does it take? I replied- ONE and held my wand up shouting zap...
Apparently the suckers were a little hot so Emily and Andi took a break from wearing them to pose with THE Harry Potter...
Everytime someone came up to me and said the classic Halloween line, "Oh you're (insert name of costume here, in my case Harry Potter.)" I answered (in my best British accent), "Hello." SIDENOTE: I hope you just imagined how I said it because I just said it aloud to myself- haha! We ended up going VIP at Grandma's (didn't even know it was an option), ate the buffet out of its meatballs and celery, found my friend Ryan bartending- had a heart to heart and a few drinks, had some guy come up to the tootsie pops and ask if they lived on 4th because he saw them dancing in the living room window, at bar close all of us had separated and Andi and I were left flagging down a cab for what felt like hours in Canal Park, going to Perkins for a late night dinner??, and then stopping at Walgreens Pharmacy to see her coworkers, and eventually home to 4th St. for bed...
So Halloween ended up being a TOTAL blast hanging with the girls, the next morning all of us sat around laughing our butts off at the previous nights events and I received a text from Omar- not sure how he got my number but I now have "Ignore Omar" in my phone, all in a nights work my friends :)
