Last night I went to see a band with friends from high school at CSS (most of my readers are alumni- so I'm confident using the acronym). I realized half way there I didn't bring my phone, so I pulled up to campus, went in a building, saw a flyer, and realized I needed to find Somer's Hall. I was walking around aimlessly (some guys yelled for me to show them my boobs- not sure why they'd want to see my little girls)- hoping to come across a friendly face, I was delighted to come across this beautiful one. He walked me right to the show- gosh, I guess that makes him person of the week.
I wasn't feeling up to going out, but once I got there I was so glad I came. I got to spend time with some friends I hadn't seen in a while, enjoyed a glass of wine before the band started, and spent the rest of the night dancing it off. What a fun band- 32 Below- check out their myspace. It was such a fun time I am planning on hitting up their show in Coon Rapids, my old stomping grounds, next Friday.
Sidenote: The title says getting cooler- because I pretty much rocked college campus, I hate to contradict my mission, only good at being young, but I certainly have been noticing a trend in my ability to "improve with age."
