A Blogworthy Evening

Last night Anna asked me to come to Grizzly's- 2 for 1s and 1/2 price appetizers- YES it would be silly to pass it up. We were the first to arrive and each had 2 titanic teas down before our friends got there. When Mark came I went to take a picture of him and Anna- mid shot he asked where his camera was (Anna lost it in Canada)- I was able to capture the reactions using my Mom's Canon Powershot A540:

I was depressed about living in Duluth when I saw these guys- seriously check out that stache??? A bar full of guys- not one caught my eye- pray for me :)
Deep down I knew it wasn't good to do this on a work night- but I decided to order some more drinks...

I was really happy Char's husband Bruce could come- he's a fun guy...

We overheard some guys- clearly at the ripe age of 21- talking about some "___-diving." Obviously Anna used this to make it a blogworthy night, she went up to them and said, "I heard your muff rhyme- so my friend wants a picture of us..." HAHA! A while later they turned to our table and said, "If your muff'n you're diving." To which Anna replied, "If you're snatchin you're snatchin'" Um.... WHAT??? I wrote down the conversation on the back of my Amtrak bus ticket so I wouldn't forget any of it- yes I still have my ticket...Some how we started playing the straw bounce game??? Basically the straw would bounce in the can then into a glass- I didn't even make the can, but Anna was pretty damn good...
The muff boys asked us to go to the Copasetic with them, but suprisingly we were responsible and went home (aren't you proud Megan?) It was clearly bed time...

Mike still has a home on our fridge...

When I was on Venice Beach with Matt I saw a fire show on the street- so I grabbed the lighter fluid to show Anna how it went...

We went upstairs- facebooked, then headed to bed- on my way out the door this morning I took one look back and this is what I saw. Yes that is a vase- nice work Anna :)
