Friday's Top 10

-1. Drunk Josh- when I arrived at the Reef Friday night around 10 pm it was clear Josh had had a few- when Laura arrived he tackled her in the parking lot. When I ordered my first drink he "helped"
Me to the bartender: Hi I'll have a tall captain diet.
Josh (yelling): She'll have a captain diet.
Me: Um... he heard me. LOL :)
-2. The Rex- $55 bar tab- oops :( but at least it was fun and no one went thirsty!
-3. Luke- I've met Luke a few times, last week I ran into him again at the Green Mill when I was sitting with some mutual friends, he approached our table and introduced himself to me- to which I explained we had met before and listed every location I had met him- who does that, too funny but also rude- haha. So Friday night when he was out with our group I walked right up to him stuck my hand out (as he had done to me) and said, "Hi, I'm Sheena" and throughout the night continually checked in with him by doing that same thing.
-4. My "Mole"- a guy was telling me how he loved my "beauty marks" pointing out the mole on my face and arm, then he pointed out a scab from an imperfection on my skin and then said "Oh that's not a mole, it's something else." OMG- I was like, "Yeah that was a zit!"
-5. Replace my Earrings- I lost one of my earrings (a signature hoop) at the after party, one of the guys who lives there asked for my number so he could call me if he found it, to which I replied, "That's okay I'll just get a replacement pair." (Unfortunately I'm not very good at keeping up with the mean girl routine, he continued to pry for my number- so I now have "Ignore Ryan" in my phone. So far no calls- thank God!)
-6. Jitters- Boy- "What do you do?" Me: "I work in buying" Boy: "At maurices?" Me: "Yeah, how'd you know that?" Boy: "I used to work at Jitters" (SIDENOTE: If you have been in Jitters you can probably get a visual.) Me: "Oh, in that case, don't tell anyone you know me."
-7. Lollipops- The 4th St. girls are dressing up as lollipops this year for Halloween (last year they were crayons!) They asked me to do it with them, but I told them I was already being Harry Potter- they were so excited and think it will be awesome, so now I'm excited... I think I may be staying in D-town for their party. Still sad that Anna will be with Megan and I'll be stuck here!
-8. Reunions- After not seeing Ashley since softball and the 4th street girls since July we all met under one roof- FINALLY! Coincidentally Ashley and the 4th street girls hadn't met before- each group invited me independently to our mutual friend, Ryan's going away party. He's moving to Portland- can we say I AM JEALOUS?
-9. Sending a shot down the bar- so since Ryan was leaving I decided to get him a shot. I saw him at the end of the bar and told the bartender to bring a shot to him. This may not seem like a big deal but I had never done it before and it was fun to see him look around and cheers me across the room :) It always reminds me of TV/movies when people do it...
-10. Combating a virus- Right before I left to go out I beat the virus on my computer :) I apologized to everyone for being late, but was able to enjoy myself much more knowing I had won the battle! (Thanks for your prayers!)
